About Anna

When I started paddling OC1, I noticed something that didn’t sit right: there were few women on the line, even fewer in downwind events, and almost none coaching other women.

I knew we were capable. But the support — the kind that sees you, pushes you, and meets you where you are — was missing.

So I started coaching.

What began as a way to get more women on the water grew into something deeper: a mission to help women develop precision technique, confidence in conditions, and the self-trust to show up fully — on the water and in life.

I listen for what’s not being said.

My background as a professional coach taught me to listen deeply — to body language, belief systems, and the invisible rules we learn to follow.

That training shows up in everything I do: I don’t just hand you tips; I help you uncover why something isn’t working — and how to move forward in a way that actually sticks.

Whether we’re tackling mindset or movement, I help women notice their patterns, reframe their stories, and practice new ways of showing up.

My approach is technical, embodied, and unapologetically supportive.

I help women develop greater awareness — in their technique, their mindset, and the way they approach change.

My coaching blends physical precision with deep listening, embodied learning, and practical shifts that stick.

My coaching is shaped by:

  • Years of racing and training in OC1 and OC6
  • Professional certification as a CHEK Exercise & Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and an International Coach Federation PCC level credentialed coach.
  • Training in women’s physiology, performance, and hormones.
  • Experience as a faculty member and coach trainer with Leadership That Works, helping others master transformational coaching skills
  • A systems-based lens that weaves together mindset, body awareness, and social context — so growth happens in a way that’s sustainable and self-led.

This mix of body, mind, and systems allows me to support the whole person — not just the paddler.

Based in O‘ahu. Rooted in community.
Working with women worldwide.

I work with women here in Hawai‘i and around the globe who are ready to train with more purpose, more clarity, and more trust in themselves.

Together, we build strength, self-compassion, and the resilience to meet what’s next — in sport and in life.
