Mastery begins by building your technique, developing your skills, and preparing to race. 
Start with my 10-week foundations program, Precision Paddling. Then,  join a downwind intensive and get personalized coaching for your next event.

TECHNIQUE TRAINING

**START HERE - ALL LEVELS**
  • Technique is the foundation for speed and injury free paddling.
  • Technique requires consistent training and without a system to train your technique you will plateau. 
  • Join my 10 week online program providing you with a method and a system to consistently improve.

DOWNWIND SKILLS TRAINING

**FOR INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED DOWNWIND PADDLERS**
  • Train your downwind skills in person with Anna in Hawaii and select locations around the world. 
  • Detail oriented immersive experience teaching you the skills, theory and technique you need to thrive and go fast in big water. 
  • Ranging from 1 to 5 days.

RACE TRAINING

**GOAL-ORIENTED PADDLERS, ALL LEVELS**
  • You’ve already worked with me either in person at a downwind skills intensive, or you’ve done Precision Paddling, my technique training program.
  • You are training for a specific downwind race (such as the Gorge, M2M, Ka’iwi Channel, MolokaBRA) and want the structure and support a 1-1 coaching program provides from someone who knows the race.
