“The workshop was invaluable. I had no idea how much of the very important basics that I have been missing. You’ve given me tons of good stuff to work on and a big confidence boost.”  -Leigh

“Love the breakdown of each part of the power applications of the stroke and the muscle activation exercises really help. Simple and subtle, but makes a big difference to power and stability in the boat” -Dawn

My knowledge and understanding of wave patterns and how to surf different waves increased. I learned that for the most part I’ve been “out surfing” a wave instead of staying on it, riding its sweet spot and connecting to the next. This was a huge “aha” moment for me. I also honed in on effectively working the front of the paddling stroke to get on a wave. ” -CAROL

I have gotten faster because of what you taught me.  My technique and catch improved and increased my boat speed. I have been racing against the younger and lighter guys and consistently beaten everyone except one person.  I remind myself of the adjustments you taught me while I am paddling and it is working…Yay!!!  – LES

“This workshop provided so many technical tips, along with great analogies, tools, and practical applications on how to be more proficient on the OC1.  I learned a lot from it, and highly recommend it to others”  – BEN
